Shipping Policy

Processing time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after your order has been processed.

Order tracking Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation email.

Shipping carrier We ship via standard carriers depending on your location. The carrier will be confirmed in your shipping confirmation email.

Delayed or lost orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window please contact us at support@deskitco.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and make it right.

International shipping We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.
